Prices and renewal

TechFix Care is $4.99 USD every month, $12.99 USD every three months, or $39.99 USD every year. Prices and tax treatment in the checkout must match the displayed offer. Payment is collected in advance and subscriptions renew automatically until future renewal is canceled.

Canceling future renewal

Open Settings → Subscription → Manage billing & renewal. Canceling future renewal keeps access until the end of your confirmed paid period. It is separate from a refund request. Your own repair history remains available for reading and export after paid access expires.

Changing billing period

Interval changes are scheduled for the next renewal, using the same subscription. A specific annual author reward applies only to its confirmed eligible yearly renewal. It does not change an already paid period or repeat automatically every year.

Payment problems

A failed first payment does not grant paid access. Previously paid accounts may receive up to three days of grace after a failed renewal, measured from the original paid period end. Repeated retries do not extend that grace.
