Guidance you control

TechFix Repair Assistant provides published technical guides, interactive instructions and user-managed device care reminders. You choose and perform each action. The application does not scan your device, automatically repair it or provide personal remote support.

TechFix Care

One personal account includes the published paid guide library, saved repairs, up to five personal devices, care plans, news and eligible polls. PDF/video products in the separate shop and individually agreed services are separate.

Community contributions

Active subscribers can submit original guides they have the right to share. Submitted versions remain private until explicit editorial approval. Editorial changes, AI-assisted suggestions and final human approval are recorded separately. A guide is not guaranteed to work on every device.

Independent author programs

Annual renewal benefits, editorial trust and video collaboration have separate rules. Video work requires a specifically agreed paid brief, actual delivery and admin approval. Public creator display additionally requires the creator’s separate consent.
