Your account and activity

The application stores account identity, manually entered device information, repair answers, care reminders, contributions, feedback and subscription references needed to provide the service. It does not automatically collect your disk contents, serial numbers, passwords or local network addresses.

Private content

Drafts, unpublished screenshots, feedback and optional helpfulness notes are private. Screenshots are processed into metadata-free files. Review screenshots for personal data before uploading. AI review is initiated by authorised editorial staff for the specific submitted revision; it is not an automatic scan.

Payments and service providers

Supabase provides application identity, database and private media storage. Stripe handles hosted checkout and billing. Resend is the configured email delivery provider. The selected OpenAI API model assists editorial review when the operator enables it. Provider retention settings must be recorded for the actual accounts.

Controller and retention

TechFix Guides is the service brand. The sole trader identified on the is the operator responsible for your personal data. See the retention information for processing stages and limitations.

Your choices

Marketing consent, care emails, public profile display and public video creator consent are separate. Export your data or review account deletion options in Settings. Published guides remain by default without a profile link, attributed as Former community member. You can explicitly choose withdrawal or contact support later. Confirmed requests close account access; billing cancellation and restricted records are processed separately under the retention information.
